I love the Florist’s Pick option to allow the florist to use what they think is best. It was really nice to get the text updates on the delivery and the BloomSnap email with a photo of the flower arrangement. "The most beautiful bouquet I have ever received!" -Wife (I sent them to).

Only reason I'm giving a 4 instead of 5 is because they contacted the recipient to let her know delivery was coming (rather than me, who was sending them) which kinda spoiled the surprise (which I think was not intentional, just a mistake).

Emerald La Fleur was founded by Emerald, a floral designer with a deep appreciation for nature and artistry. Born in Manila, Philippines, Emerald’s love for flowers began early and remained a constant source of inspiration throughout her journey. After earning a degree in Management Accounting, she moved to Los Angeles, CA, where she built a career in Finance Management. She later co-founded an entertainment company that has produced visuals for some of the world’s top music artists. In September 2023, Emerald, along with her husband and young son, relocated to Cincinnati, OH, embracing a new chapter filled with creativity and passion.
